Hello, my name is Chris Bergstrom and welcome to Blissful Kids.

I’m known as “the dad who tried 200+ mindfulness activities”.

I’m also a #1 best selling mindfulness author and a certified mindfulness instructor and I’ve been trained to teach mindfulness to students in K-12.

Blissful Kids is our family project together with my wife Hanna and our five-year old son Anton.

We want to give you easy access to that same sense of contentment, accomplishment, and connection with your kids that our family and my students have experienced.

Both parents and educators like our approach because we make mindfulness practice easy, sustainable and often playful and fun too.

People often wonder how we’ve made practice so down-to-earth and easy.

We think mindfulness practice has to be EASY, FUN and ENGAGING.

And we’ve found a recipe to make practice so.

I was struggling when I figured it out.

I made an empowering discovery:

Mindfulness can be made simple and playful … and it can feel good to practice, too. And if mindfulness is made easy, playful and enjoyable, then it will actually stick!

I had figured out ways to make practice down-to-earth and even fun.

Since this discovery I’ve taught classes … I’ve taught kids … helped parents … grandparents, teachers, counsellors, doctors and therapists.

And I’ve practiced with my son for almost 6 years now. I started mindfulness practice with my son when he was just 6 months.

I was so successful that my then three-year old son started to practice on his own and started to guide me and my wife!

It’s amazing what kids can do!

Now, my five-year-old son already has concrete tools to help him be focused, calmer, less scared, and happier.

I feel like I’m doing my job as a parent. Knowing that I can give my son these gifts.
