How long does the training take?

This is a self-paced course and you decide. It’s super flexible. You can choose to do one module at a time—when it’s convenient for you. You could complete the training in four weeks, a few months or even a year—one module & theme at a time.

How much time is required from me?
Less than five minutes per day to do the activities. In some cases less than a minute! You will also watch videos on the “why, what and how” for each theme. All in all, you’ll spend about 30-40 minutes per module watching videos—and less than five minutes per day practicing. Easy-peasy :-)
How long will I have access to the course materials?
I’m planning to keep the material available for years. You will be able to come back to the course materials and redo the course if you want to. You’ll also get special downloads (PDF’s & Audio Files) you can keep on your own computer.
How does the course work exactly?
1. Each week you choose one activity you want to practice ( 1 out of 4 or 5 ).
2. Then you try the activity yourself for a few days before introducing it to your kids.

Is my kid old enough to start?

Most activities in this course are great for kids from 4-109. You know your kids better than anyone else, and you will be able to know which activities might work for them after you’ve tried them yourself. Also… Mindfulness is taught to kindergarteners these days; it’s not a big deal. Even pre-schoolers can learn mindfulness skills, and it’s beneficial to them.

Do I have to know mindfulness?
No. You can ace this training without any prior knowledge of mindfulness practice. You’ll learn the activities and the “what, why and how” of each particular theme.
What types of activities will I learn?

You’ll learn essential mindfulness techniques in four categories:
