Mindful Breathing Practice

In this module you will learn how to train your “focusing muscles” for improved attention skills, calm and impulse control. You’ll learn the what, why and how of mindful breathing and 10+ different mindful breathing activities to see which one’s a good fit for you and the kids.

Who is this training for?

The training is specially designed for educators, counselors, therapists and parents to help children learn key mindfulness skills.

How long does the training take?

This is a self-paced course and you get to decide. It’s super flexible. You can choose to do one module at a time, when it’s convenient for you. You could complete the training in four weeks, a few months or even a year—one module & theme at a time.

How does the course work exactly?

1. Each week you choose one activity you want to practice ( 1 out of 4 or 5 ).

2. Then you try the activity yourself for a few days before introducing it to your kids.

3. Finally, you try the activity with the kids when you feel comfortable with it.

The next week you get to choose another activity. Rinse and repeat :-)

Is the content available right away?
